Ethics and values

Our business has been developed around three values:

At Acres Building Consultants we work in order to give something back and we are proud of the fact that our director undertakes a different challenge each year (normally involving cycling!) to raise vital funds for charities.

As a company we have donated to and continue to support charities such as Crisis, Macmillan Cancer Support, British Heart Foundation, Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy. Childline, Teenage Cancer Trust, Sophie Lancaster Foundation and Mind.

We actively support and encourage our team to undertake charity events

Charity events

As a company we have donated to and continue to support charities such as Crisis, Macmillan Cancer Support, British Heart Foundation, Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy, Childline, Teenage Cancer Trust, Sophie Lancaster Foundation and Mind.

In 2014 Tony cycled off road from London to Paris (300KM) over a period of 3 days in aid of the British Heart Foundation.

2015, 2016 & 2017 Tony rode from Alexandra Palace to Castle Donnington in aid of Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy, Childline and Teenage Cancer Trust.

2019 Tony undertook the Wales Coast to Coast cycle ride, covering 252 miles and 22,198ft of hill climbing in 3 days in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support

Due to Covid-19 there was no challenge in 2020.

In 2021, Tony joined the London Legal Walk as part of the team representing the Academy of Experts.  The London Legal Walk raises much-needed funds for charities that provide life changing legal advice and representation to those in need.

London legal support trust

Tony is back in the saddle this year.  The summer of 2022 was spent training for the London to Brighton Off-Road Bike Ride on 17 September 2022.
